Exchange & Return Policy

1. First Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item isn’t the right fit — whether due to size, color, or preference — we offer a complimentary or low-cost one-time exchange.

You may select a new size, color, or the same product.

This exchange option is available once per order.


2. Second Return / Refund

If you’re still not fully satisfied after the exchange, you may return the item for a refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on our policy.

Shipping or restocking fees may be deducted during this second return.


3. Brand Tag Policy

To ensure authenticity and quality, products with removed, damaged, or missing brand tags are not eligible for exchange or return.

Please make sure the original tag remains attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
